EIS has standard
Fundamental, Administration, Workflow, and Customization training courses to
help customers learn how to use, administer, implement, and customize KONFIG
based on their unique business requirements. EIS can also provide customized
training based on customer requirements including training end users on the
deployed implementation of KONFIG. Training can occur at any time during the
program and does not have to be performed in the order of steps in this example
implementation plan.
