The implementation
kickoff will include a meeting between the customer and EIS where points of
contacts and joint team members will be identified and initial discussion about
the program will occur. The entire
scope of the implementation will be discussed with high-level project planning
captured as a result of the kickoff meeting. Milestones will be identified, recommended, and ordered based
on the overall goals of the program.
An agenda will be prepared by EIS and provided to the customer for
review and update prior to the meeting. A point of contact joint team document will be created and
distributed by EIS after the kickoff meeting.
